Sinlge:I am usually found by myself, because I already have a full outer electron shell. Therefore I do not need to bond with any other elements.

Hobbies:You can find me usually floating around the atmosphere of out to space. my here are my densities in the world:

  • Earth's Crust/p.p.m.: 0.008
  • Seawater/p.p.m.: 0.000004
  • Atmosphere/p.p.m.: 5.2

   Project's Blurbs

About me:

Helium is the second most abundant in the universe. It was discovered on the sun before it was found on the earth.Helium makes up about 0.0005% of the earths atmosphrere, yet this trace amount of helium is not bound to earth by gravityand, and is oftem lost to space. Helium gas is used to inflate blimps, scientific balloons,

party balloons,

and a helium/neon laser. Helium is also combined with oxygen to create a nitrogen free atmosphere for deep sea divers so they won't suffer from a condition known as nitrogen narcosis. I belong to the element family of noble gases group number 18 and I am from the period 1

Who I'd like to meet: I already have a full outer electron shell and therefore I do not need to bond to any other element (the whole point of bonding is to achieve a full outer electron shell). However I am capable of causing reaction but I generally need to be forced to occur. This is why I am part of the "Noble Gases" these elements tend to be nonreactive

   Project's Friend Space (Top 0)

Helium has 5 friends. I can form unstable compounds with:

Tungsten: pure tungsten is a steel-gray to tin-white color of metal.Tungsten is extremely hard to melt, and has the lowest vapor pressure of all metals

,

Iodine:iodine is a bluish-black, lustrous solid. Iodine sublimates into a beautiful violet vapor when heated, and has an irritating odor.

Fluorine:Fluorine is a pale yellow gas that reacts violently with virtually everything, including glass It is not uncommon to see fluorine spelled incorrectly as flourine.

Sulfur: Sulfur is one of the few elements found pure in nature.Sulphur is found in meteorites, volcanoes, and hot springs.

and

Phosphorus: Phosphorus occurs in three forms. White (Extremely dangerous), Red(safer and common in matches), and black (rare and most stable).
